Karen has amazing bedside manner. They were super busy and she took extra time to go over my results from a previous test and then performed a procedure which I didn't feel one bit. Very impressed with her knowledge, skill and patient compassion. In addition, the front staff is VERY friendly, competent but also playful and I enjoy talking with them during my visits. Nice office.

Woman in billing is a complete nightmare. Always has an attitude and some sense of entitlement. Seems like she hates her minimum wage job, I would too. Definitely not a people person. I feel sorry for anyone that comes in contact with her, especially her co-workers having to deal with her everyday. I got out of there as soon as I could and switched to a great dermatologist in Jupiter. If you come in contact with this dermatologist office, I suggest staying far away. Customer service goes a long way, and its clear they dont have any here.
